9. Recruitment Quiz for the PUT Fairs in Poznań 05.06.2025 – 30.06.2025

By completing the recruitment quiz and providing your personal data as part of it, you consent to the processing of your data by entities affiliated with Macrix Technology Group for the purpose of an initial assessment of your behavioral style and suitability for the Young Potentials Program and the Macrix culture, as well as to initiate contact regarding further recruitment steps – in accordance with this privacy notice.
The data collected through the quiz may include information related to your soft skills, work style, and career preferences.

The quiz results will not serve as the basis for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner or subject to profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.

The personal data collected through the recruitment quiz will also be used to build a contact database of students potentially interested in participating in the YPP. If you choose not to send us your CV after completing the quiz, we may reach out to you to offer that opportunity and invite you to further recruitment steps.

Macrix Technology Group processes your personal data based on a joint controllership agreement concluded between the following joint controllers: Macrix Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (60-324), Poland, Marcelińska 90 (entered into National Court Register under the number: 0000003410); Macrix Polska sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office in Poznań (60-324), Poland, Marcelińska 90 (entered into National Court Register under the umber: 0000352143); Macrix Polska sp. z o.o. World Services sp. k. with its registered office in Poznań (60-324), Poland, Marcelińska 90 (entered into National Court Register under the number: 0000353747) and  Macrix Software GmbH with its registered office in Mönchengladbach, Am Nordpark 1, Germany (entered into the register of companies under number: HRB 18522) – hereinafter collectively referred to as “Joint Controllers”. Each of the Joint Controllers process personal data within the scope of their obligations stemming from the legal relationship between you and Macrix.

Additionally, we inform you that your personal data may be shared with our partners: BSS Bohnenberg GmbH, located at Ahrstraße 1 – 7, 42697 Solingen, Germany (VAT ID No.: DE 120962049, HRB Wuppertal 15581, Court of Jurisdiction Wuppertal), and CRON Systems-Automation GmbH, located at Langenberger Str. 505, 45277 Essen, Germany (Essen District Court HRB 10301), to the extent necessary for carrying out the recruitment process and further cooperation.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of actions at your request prior to the potential conclusion of a contract – that is, the evaluation of your recruitment submission (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Your personal data is also processed due to legal obligations incumbent on the joint controllers in connection with the recruitment process and the potential conclusion and performance of an employment contract (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

For example, personal data required to participate in the recruitment and conclude an employment contract is processed based on labor law provisions. In such cases, processing is necessary for the joint controllers to fulfill their legal obligations during employment. This means that providing the data specified in Article 221 of the Polish Labor Code is required to participate in the recruitment and employment process, and failure to do so may justify the employer’s decision not to proceed with employment negotiations.

We will process your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes and other ongoing recruitments only if you have given your separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Other personal data (e.g., your image) will be processed based on your voluntary consent, which you give by participating in the quiz and submitting your data as part of it, and providing such data has no impact on your ability to take part in the recruitment process (also based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing will be possible only if there is no other legal basis or purpose justifying the further processing of your personal data. For example, after the recruitment process is completed, we may continue processing your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims related to recruitment (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). You may withdraw your consent for future and ongoing recruitment processes at any time by contacting us at: hr@macrix.pl.

However, in any case, your personal data will be stored no longer than the limitation period for claims, i.e., no longer than 1 year after the end of the recruitment process for the YPP.

You have the right to access your data, including the right to receive a copy of it, the right to rectify your data, request erasure (the „right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, and to object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Germany). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data may be transferred to providers of job advertisement services, recruitment management systems, and IT services, such as hosting or software platforms.

Macrix Technology Group does not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area. All data centers used by us and our providers are located in Europe. Our providers declare that if it becomes necessary to transfer personal data outside the EEA, they will implement appropriate safeguards for such transfer (e.g., standard contractual clauses). If a provider’s parent company is based in the U.S., personal data will be transferred under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. That decision ensures a sufficient level of protection for data transferred to U.S. companies participating in the framework and includes safeguards related to access by national security authorities under the CLOUD Act (only if necessary and proportionate). You may request a copy of the applied safeguards at the contact address provided below.

If you have any questions, you can contact us at: hr@macrix.pl

The separate consent regarding future recruitment processes (provided below) has been drawn up in two identical language versions.
